Recognizing that career development is an important part of job satisfaction, The Friendly Home pays for experience. For example, we have developed a progressive career ladder, unique to The Friendly Home, for Certified Nursing Assistants. It rewards more experienced CNAs while providing mentoring and support for new team members. Other personnel also receive wages based on years of experience in the field. We also pay very attractive shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.

Our "Together Quality Happens" Comment/Question Boxes encourage employee suggestions and facilitate both communication and problem-solving.
