Assistant Nurse Manager or Clinical Coordinator
- Days.
Assist the Nurse Manager in directing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating resident care on a skilled care unit. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and clinical skills. Minimum of three years long-term care experience required. MDS experience preferred. NYS RN license required for A.N.M. position; NYS LPN license required for C.C. position.

Cafeteria Worker
- Days.
Monday - Friday. Responsible for cafeteria set up to include; steam table, salad and sandwich bar, dishes and silverware prior to serving time and maintain adequate supplies throughout the serving period. High school diploma or GED required. Strong customer service skills and food service/handling skills required. Cafeteria or deli work experience and Servsafe certification preferred.

Environmental Services Supervisor
- Days.
Monday - Friday. Assist in the direct supervision of department personnel in the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Maintain assigned areas as required to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable condition. High School diploma plus 3 - 5 yrs exp. in Env. Services required and 2 - 4 yrs supervisory exp. in health care or related field preferred.

Food Service Manager
- Must be available day and evening shift.
40 hours/week. Responsible for the daily operations of a multi-faceted food service operation. Supervise the day-to-day work activities by delegating responsibilities, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as facility policies and procedures. Must be available to work every other weekend, early and late shifts required. AAS or BS degree in Food Service preferred. Food Service Management preferred.

- Days & Evenings.
37.5 hours/week. Must be available to work 6:30am – 2:30pm and 12:30pm – 8:30pm. Every other weekend required; including rotating holidays. Responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dining areas, and for maintenance of floors in a clean and sanitary condition. High school diploma or GED required.

Nursing Supervisor
- Nights.
Responsible for the supervision of the nursing service rendered throughout the Home. Assumes administrative responsibility as needed to handle emergencies which may arise. Current NYS RN license and minimum five years of progressive nursing experience required. Long-term care experience required. BSN degree and/or courses in supervision desirable. Experienced RN with long term care experience is encouraged to apply.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. Responsible for developing the staffing schedules and electronic timekeeping system for a 24/7 nursing department. Must be proficient with computers. Good communication skills and the ability to work with others is highly important.
