Full Time Positions
Admissions/Social Work Assistant
- Days.
A high profile position. Assist the Admissions and Social work staff and provide clerical support to the department. Conduct tours and telephone inquiries of the Home with a concentration on excellent customer service. AS degree in human services or related field preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and medical records database. Ability to meet the public and work well with seniors. Ability to muti-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment. Strong interpersonal and great attention to detail required.

Provide direct members care under the direction of an RN/LPN. Must be NYS certified.

- Days. 7am-3pm.
Perform housekeeping duties as assigned. HS diploma or GED required. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.

Provide receptionist, secretarial and communication support within the Human Resources Department. Track and follow up on Workers' Compensation claims. Qualified candidate will be a high school graduate with 2 -3 years of experience working in Human Resources. AS degree preferred. Strong administrative clerical skills, highly organized, great attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access required. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims preferred.

Serving patients and families in a fast pace, dynamic 14 bed short-term rehab. unit in addition to a small long-term care case load. Minimum BSW degree required. Experience with long-term care, acute care or home care coordination required. Knowledge of community resources a plus.

3 pm-11 pm, every other weekend. Responsible for the safety and security of the building and grounds during a tour-of-duty. Responsible for some light maintenance including but not limited to snow shoveling and salt spreading at front entrance, walkways, parking lot and ambulance entrance. High school diploma required. Must be NYS certified Security Guard.
