Dining Services Manager/Chef
Dining Services Manager/Chef-
Responsible for prep work, supervising night/weekend staff, cooking for special events and functions. Ideal candidate will be a trained culinary professional interested in dining services management position with at least 3 years of experience in culinary or management, or BS in food service management or graduated from an accredited culinary school. Servsafe required. Certification such as CIA, Johnson and Wales, etc., desirable. Full Time 40hrs/wk, primarily 12:00pm-8:30pm shift , must be also able to work 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm . Must be available every third weekend and some holidays.

Nursing Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision of the nursing service rendered throughout the Home. Assumes administrative responsibility as needed to handle emergencies which may arise. NYS RN License required and at least five years of progressive nursing experience preferred.
