Certified Nursing Assistant

- Days.
Responsible for directing, planning, evaluating and coordinating member care on a skilled-care unit for 24 hour period. NYS RN license required and at least five years of progressive nursing experience preferred. Management and geriatric nursing experience desirable.

- Nights.
Responsible for the supervision of nursing services rendered throughout the Home. Current NYS RN license and minimum five years of progressive nursing experience required. BSN degree and/or courses in supervision desirable.

Recreation Specialist
- Days, 9am - 5pm, every other weekend.
Coordinate the overall planning of recreational activities for the Members on a Memory Care Unit. Ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care recreation, program planning, assessment & medical record documentation skills and group leadership skills required. AAS degree in Recreation or other related therapy required. Valid NYS driver’s license required.
