Full Time | Part Time | Per Diem

CNA - Days, Evenings or Nights. Provide direct resident care under the direction of an RN/LPN. Must be NYS certified.	Apply Online
Occupational Therapist - Days. 30 hours/week. Rehab. and long-term care experience and excellent communication skills required. Have the ability to positively affect the independence and quality of life issues that concern our Members. NYS Occupational Therapy licensure required. A temporary permit is also acceptable. We will also consider a job share or part-time position.	Apply Online

CNA - Days, Evenings or Nights. Provide direct resident care under the direction of an RN/LPN. Must be NYS certified.	Apply Online
Food Service Worker/Waitress - Evenings and Days. 20 hours/week. 3:30pm - 7:30pm during the week and 12pm - 4pm on Sundays. Responsible for meal service to Residents at Linden Knoll, an appartment community offering senior housing. Must be able to read and write. Food service experience preferred.	Apply Online
LPN - Days, Evenings, or Nights. Renders direct nursing care to residents. Must have current NYS Licensure.	Apply Online
