Because Friends Care
What Quality Really Means
When it comes to measuring quality, we believe there’s no better tool or reward than listening to what our Members and their families have to say about the care and services we provide:
I have been caring for my mother in our living room for the last 15 months. It has been a 24-hour, seven days a week experience and I have learned a lot.
Recently I have been able to get out of the house and become mobile again thanks to the wonderful people at THE FRIENDLY HOME located in Brighton.
My mom has been transferred to their care and believe me they are truly a FRIENDLY home.
Their mission reads:
The Friendly Home is committed to meeting the changing needs of older adults by providing nursing care, rehabilitation, and services that enhance quality of life and promote dignity, individuality, and the highest level of independence.
Believe me they exceed their mission! Why I say this is because they are all so FRIENDLY! This is the truth - during the last 15 months I have dealt with many health providers and THE FRIENDLY HOME is the best I have encountered.
Why am I sharing this some may ask? I believe that it is time for the health industry to take a look at THE FREINDLY HOME and learn how to provide customer service.
Believe me we have had a few bumps but the customer service has never been anything but exceptional. So hats off to THE FRIENDLY HOME - you are all awesome!
