About The Friendly Home’s Recreation Offerings

The Recreation Department strives to bring numerous leisure time opportunities to Members each month. We offer a variety of programs to meet a wide spectrum of interests and capabilities, including social, physical, educational and community activities.

We not only get feedback from Members individually on what they want to do, but we also hold monthly calendar planning groups to get their ideas to help us plan future activities.

Calendars are distributed to individual Members and posted in many nursing units. They are also available at the reception desk as well as here on The Friendly Home website.

While we see many of you at annual Patient Care Conferences or when you are visiting, we would be glad to speak with you at any time regarding a family member.
